karah grew up in iowa, missouri, illinois and eventually landed in Kansas. While moving several times throughout her childhood, she loved decorating a new room with each move. She saw that room as a fresh canvas to create a new space.

Karah graduated from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. She lived in downtown Chicago near Wrigley Field, and always enjoyed the fast paced city with the architecture, food and shopping the city had to offer.

After running a retail website for a large paper company, she started her own business making custom invitations, stationery and corporate holiday cards. Now, while raising three children, she is using her passion for design to style and create spaces that are unique and inviting.
